Welcome! An introductory post from myself. I am a 35 year old, solitary witch living in the North West, England. I am a qualified, fully insured Aromatherapist & Essential Oil Practitioner - In addition to being a mother to two beautiful children and maintaining a full time job elsewhere. I am formally diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder & Anxiety.
I cannot offer a 'magic wand' for all ailments, nor a solution to all problems. However, with a little knowledge and insight, I hope to offer a valuable resource - Promoting mindfulness, self love and a touch of Mother Natures' Magic. I hope that the information I can provide, may only assist you upon your own journey.
Many of you will be familiar with essential oils in some manner, the principle of which, being the extraction of Botanticals from roots, petals, stems, leaves and barks to improve physical and mental wellbeing. Think its a bunch of nonsense? Aspirin was originally derived from the Salix Species of the Willow tree, so I urge you reconsider.
Essential oil and aromatherapy treatments have found popularity through, not only their success in treating, but methodology of treatment. These Complementary treatments, seek to treat the entire body by improving its ability to heal and maintain itself- not simply eliminating the symptom. So how does this happen? Believe it or not, there's scientific methodology behind it. *Science bit incoming! I'll keep it simple, I promise*
As living beings, we are constructed of millions of molecules which vibrate at a frequency of approx 62-72mhz. Scientists have discovered, when in a state of ill health, this resonating frequency lowers. Since Essential Oils have a resonating frequency upward of 320mhz and 30,000 molecules to every one of ours, their elevated frequency, can be used to uplift our own.
